Leasing Information:

Kenmore Park Apartments is managed by SV Property Management. Please call or email them for additional information or to schedule a viewing of available units. For your convenience, an application form is provided through the link below.

• 1 year initial lease, "month to month" thereafter
• Security deposit equal to one month's rent
• Application fee of $32
• ALL utilities are Tenant's responsibility
• A single pet (35 lbs. or less) will be considered based on the overall application and, if approved, will require a $250 Pet Deposit and $20 monthly rent surcharge, in addition to the standard rent and security deposit.
